If you are going to be late, please call or text us to give us a heads up. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and you will be charged the full amount of your missed appointment.
We understand that life happens so we ask that you provide a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Skin by Kim Lopez reserves the right to charge full price of the service booked for any appointment that is not canceled within a 24 hour advance notice. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service amount. Declined cards will be unable to re-book until fee is paid in-house.
No call no shows are charged 100% of service charge via card on file. When you no-show your appointment, we are unable to fill that space, and consequently lose time and money. Declined cards will be unable to re-book until fee is paid in-house.

Facials should be scheduled once or twice a month. It's best to schedule at least a week before a major event.
No, once it leaves our studio it cannot be returned. If you have a defective product or damaged product from shipping please bring it in clinic so we may exchange it with the company. Or if you are virtual, please email skinbykimlopez@gmail.com photos or videos of the damaged merchandise.
